Welcome to the website of Ziwak's Tae Kwon Do Center. We are delighted and proud to welcome you to our school site. We bring to our students 60 years of combined martial arts experience. We have competed both nationally and internationally. A number of champions have emerged from our school.

Our philosophy and methods emphasize and find meaning in the traditional values, such as respect and discipline. We blend them, however, with a practical and innovative approach to our training methods. We believe that Tae Kwon Do and other established martial arts methods need to be combined with a practical approach which incorporates other disciplines and techniques. Therefore, we also teach aspects of Kickboxing, Hapkido, Judo and Grappling. "Knowledge is Power" and knowing a variety of martial arts techniques, including the spiritual dimensions of the art, makes a more complete martial artist.

We hope that this visit to our web site will be followed  by an actual visit to our Martial Arts Center where you can come and see us in action. On this site, we have tried to capture the essence of who we are, what we believe and how we practice the martial arts. We believe that the quality of our students will best demonstrate that. We have tried to feature as many of them as possible to show visitors and guests why we are so proud of our school.
